So I can't take my niece with me to the UK as my biological daughter? I have a friend who claim she took her niece, what then happens to the DNA proof?
Maybe she didnt tell you the truth. Your partner or child is the condition. A niece is not your partner. He/she might have lied that she's his/her child.
See what the govt says:
Your relationship
A dependant partner or child is one of the following:
your husband, wife or civil partner
your unmarried partner
your child under 18 years old - including if they were born in the UK during your stay
You’ll need to provide evidence of your relationship when you apply, for example:
a marriage or civil partnership certificate for your partner
Yes, a birth certificate of any child can B falsify in Nigeria, but if a DNA test is required at a UK prescribed clinic then its impossible for her to have taken her niece as her own biological daughter.
This is really helpful. Thank you
thank you. i am glad it was.
Does one book a tb test once one gets a conditional or an unconditional offer?
Yes yes. To save time. IOM appointmernts date may take time especially during those periods students are resuming schools.
